- Do children need to have their own ticket? Yes, except for children 2 years old or younger who will sit on their parent’s lap.
- Can you re-enter the amphitheater? No. Re-entry is not allowed.
- Will there be activities for the children? Yes. The Family Stage will have performances specifically aimed at younger children. There will also be bounce houses for a nominal additional charge.
- Are there seats in the Orchestra Pit? Not this year. The Orchestra Pit is General Admission (first come, first serve) standing-room only this year. It is called the FISH BOWL. Just $9.59 for each Fish Bowl ticket!
- Will the bigger bands perform later on in the night rather than earlier in the afternoon? Yes. Please see the schedule for more detailed performance times.
- How many tickets can I purchase at one time? There is a 4 ticket limit in the Pit and VIP sections, and an 8 ticket limit in the Orchestra and Loge per order. Terrace and Lawn have no limit.
- What if I have a group of more than 10 people and we all want to sit together? You can purchase tickets in the Terrace or Lawn online or call 949-250-0444 if you have questions about any other section for your group.
- Do I have to pay for parking? Yes. General parking is $10, 15-passenger Van/Bus Parking is $20, and VIP Parking is $20. Save time on the day of the event and purchase your parking pass in advance!
- Where can I purchase a General Parking Pass? Where can I purchase the VIP Parking Pass? Go to LiveNation.com OR Ticketmaster.com to purchase in advance. Parking is also available at the gate the day of the event.
- Are VIP Gold Packages being sold directly through Transparent Productions' office this year? No. All tickets are sold online this year. If you purchase a VIP Gold Package, Transparent will send you more information closer to the event date.
- What does the VIP Gold Package include? Package includes one of the best seats in the Orchestra section PLUS VIP Parking, a VIP Gold Pass, entrance to the VIP Gold Lounges with complimentary food and drinks, private VIP artist signings, VIP Gold On-Stage Viewing Platform and a VIP Gold gift bag.
- I purchased a VIP Gold Package but haven't received my passes yet! Help! Do not worry. Your VIP Gold Package will arrive closer to the date of the event.
- Do I get to go backstage and meet the artists with my VIP Gold Pass? No. This pass is only good for access to the VIP Gold Lounge and On-Stage Viewing Platform, but you do get access to artist signings.
- Is the VIP Gold Lounge open all day? No. Hours will be announced at a later date.
- Is the VIP Gold Lounge open to everyone? No. You must have a VIP Gold Pass.
- I need handicapped seating. Where do I purchase my tickets? Please call

- What am I not allowed to bring into the venue? In general, the venue does not allow you to bring in your own chairs, tables, barbecues, cameras or recording equipment, plastic containers, backpacks, alcoholic beverages or coolers.
