Volunteer
Thank you for your interest in serving as a volunteer!
Volunteers play a major part of our events every year. Volunteering can be a great way to serve the Lord and make new friends all while having fun! Please read the information below, and if you are interested in volunteering for our upcoming shows, please fill out the information form. Once you are added to our volunteer database, you will be contacted on a show by show basis when volunteers are needed.
All Volunteers must be 16 years or older. Volunteers may receive a free ticket but it is not always guaranteed that you will see the show. For some of the larger scale concerts, you may also receive a free concert crew T-shirt.
Below is a list of just a few of the volunteer positions that might need to be filled at each concert:
- Security – Help with securing entrances, exits, backstage areas, crowd control, and various other security related areas.
- Production – Load in and out of sound equipment as well as helping with on-stage set changes during the show.
- Box Office – Assist in ticketing, Will Call, and various other duties at the Box Office.
- Artist Merchandise Sales – Sell merchandise for artists.
- Transportation – Transport artists and other show personnel to and from airports, hotels, etc. Must be at least 21 years of age, have your own vehicle with insurance, and be willing to serve for 8 or more hours.
- VIP Area – For select shows, there is a VIP area that serves food and offers a place to get away for select patrons who purchase special VIP tickets. Volunteers in the VIP area help in all aspects of running the VIP area.
- Ushers – Help patrons find their seats and monitor general seating areas.
- Ticket Takers – Take tickets and monitor patrons as they enter the concert area.
